I Love HR! Really, it's not a cliché. My HR / People journey was not the “standard,” I am a bank teller supervisor, turned Claims Administrator turned People Generalist. My path and experiences in customer service, supervising employees, all shaped my view and abilities in HR. I always seek process improvement, am a team player and lead with empathy and understanding of others.
