I am an enthusiastic career coach with a passion for helping people grow and find a rewarding career. I have experience in career development work in both higher education and healthcare. My mission is to support our Gundersen team members with their growth and development throughout their career journey. My passion is educating others on how to write effective resumes/cover letters and prepare and practice for behavioral-based interviews!I started my career journey in sales, eventually going back to graduate school, and becoming a career counselor in higher education. After working in student services at three University of Wisconsin schools, I made a career change and became an Organizational Development Consultant at Gundersen Health System. In my 15 plus years here, my focus has been on staff and leadership development as well as recruitment. In 2021, I helped to launch our new Career Development Center. It has been a great opportunity for me to get back to my love of career development and to directly impact the lives of others while helping the organization.
