I am a people professional and an expert talent engagement leader with a passion for diversity, equity, & inclusion. My experience spans various industries, including tech, entertainment, financial services, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), commercial real estate, hospitality, and legal.Connection is key. My lived experience as a Black woman, a mother, the daughter of an immigrant, and a cancer survivor means I will always be a DE&I partner. Whether DE&I is a part of my job title or not, I can not remove the parts of me that seek to elevate and offer exposure and access to my communities and all marginalized communities around the world. My work will always naturally include building diverse worldwide networks, championing global inclusion, and advancing my company's ability to do the same.
