I am a people professional and an expert talent engagement leader with a passion for diversity, equity, & inclusion. My experience spans various industries, including tech, entertainment, financial services, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), commercial real estate, hospitality, and legal.Connection is key. My best work is born out of my ability to initiate, nurture, and grow relationships. Establishing trust and rapport are my strengths, and I'm only able to do this because I've learned the power of genuine care, curiosity, kindness, and vulnerability. As with most things, what you harvest is directly correlated to what you’ve invested, so I'm interested in environments where I can invest in and grow relationships, uncover unique challenges and needs, and direct the execution of tailored solutions. My lived experience as a Black woman, a mother, the daughter of an immigrant, and a cancer survivor means I will always be a DE&I partner. Whether DE&I is a part of my job title or not, I can not remove the parts of me that seek to elevate and offer exposure and access to my communities and all marginalized communities around the world. My work will always naturally include building diverse worldwide networks, championing global inclusion, and advancing my company's ability to do the same. I thrive in organizations that prioritize these values as well.
