My name is Kim and I’ve been working professionally with IT-systems since 1987, typically as a consultant - with IT architecture, project management, system admin., QA, sales, support and training. I currently hold a position as a in-house solution architect at the Swedish e-Health Agency. I consider myself as change management- and collaboration-coach working as solutions architect and technical project manager, including risk analysis and a formerly a great deal with platform and application consolidation – recently focusing on next generation of Swedish Government digitalization including European Single Digital Market and after that within non-commercial, independent public service radio broadcaster and at an expert authority within the Swedish judicial system. I have a long history as a developer of IT infrastructure and IT services. My role recently is solutions architect and specialized in API driven strategy working with the "Digital first" which is the government's commitment to the digital renewal of public Sweden.I have extensive experience of project management and participation in large deployment and migration project. I believe I have very good experience and knowledge of what is important in large, complex and business critical systems in relation to operations, and platform management - including development – preferably matching ITIL – it’s about “people, processes and technology”. I understand the importance of documentation at the appropriate level and actually like to write documentation – documentations is communication! Success factors are also using solutions for collaboration, content management, and integration including the social layer as this is my area of expertise.As a person I’m very structured, thorough and prefer to do things systematically triangulating issues at hand finding several possible solutions – one of my personal catchphrases are “find the root cause before the solution”. I contribute with creating structure and sticking to it. Solving complex problems and finding the core of the problem is my talent. I focus on providing long-term solutions but also am insightful of both the short-term and long-term consequences.
