As a project manager for the last 30 years I have worked with clients across a number of sectors including Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Heritage, Housing, Warehouses, Aviation, Arts and Retail. This diversity of this experience has developed my understanding of how end user clients express their aspirations in design and use of their project and how as a Project Manager we need to effectively identify, understand, and deliver the client’s needs to provide value, sustainability and occupational efficiency not just at completion but during the whole lifecycle of the building.
