The Cubmaster directly influences the lives of individual boys by keeping in mind that boys can become better through Cub Scouting.

Developed and implemented short and long-term volunteerism strategies, including a council-based Hispanic Initiative. In partnership with volunteers developed volunteer resources, training curriculum including online blended learning courses. Redesigned and implemented Volunteer Management System for all Girl Scout volunteers which included the development of an Access database for screening, evaluation, recognition, and reassignment of volunteers. Developed a committee made up of community leaders, council board members, and operational volunteers to create the “LEAD GSLEC” six-month leadership program designed to transform leadership throughout the council membership.
