As CEO of Dental Temps Professional Services, I serve the temporary and permanent employment needs of the dental profession. Finding the right professional for a dental practice or the perfect opportunity for a candidate is more than a business transaction to me; it is a mission. I know firsthand about the needs of dental professionals, practices and patients, and it is deeply rewarding to bring good people with great qualifications together to provide exceptional results.My knowledge of the dental field is broad and deep. I began serving as a dental assistant and receptionist while still in high school and literally grew up in the profession, working in general and specialty practices, becoming a certified Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Assistant and serving as practice manager of a multi-office, multimillion-dollar practice. Each of these roles taught me valuable lessons about management, customer service and the importance of putting the right person in the right job.Dental Temps has been using those lessons to benefit clients since 2002, and the greatest measure of our success is the longstanding relationships we enjoy. Today, I am a Certified HR Consultant, owner of an expanding business, and an active speaker on topics including entrepreneurship, women in business and customer service.
