- Executed a full day school year program for 65 African youth in grades 5-12 to learn academic and life skills, engaged and supported by 30 teachers, staff and volunteers, overall developed and trained a team - Capacity building of program teachers, staff, and volunteers to ensure best in class expertise utilization in working with ACE students covering topics such as; trauma, English Language Learners, cultural competency, classroom management, and teaching strategies, leading to enhanced student knowledge and overall program engagement.- Initiated and updated a recordkeeping system for program enrollment, attendance, student schedules, program planning and activities, budget, student behavior, student information and lesson plans to achieve program benchmarks and objectives.- Introduced activity-based curriculum and evaluation system for English, STEM, and life skills classes to build student knowledge and evaluate curriculum effectiveness as well as an improvement evaluation system to ensure quality program delivery.- Developed grant proposals and reports resulting in $400K in funding and $400K in-kind support for program implementation, also planned and executed annual special events - Spring Festival with 400 guests and Fall Fundraiser with 150 guests.- Spearheaded retreat and activities with organizational staff, volunteers and board members to develop 3-year Strategic Plan.

- Assisted with the development, implementation, coordination, and operation of the program plans, goals, and objectives for 15 African youth in grades 9 – 12 to learn job readiness skills and apply for a job with ACE, supported by 3 teachers and volunteers.- Ensured active engagement of staff, teachers, and volunteers to implement program improvements and special events, such as field trips, also partnered with funders through site visits, community meetings and grantee meetings.- Developed partnerships with agencies and institutions to provide programs with additional resources and volunteers.

- Managed a complete after school tutoring program for 20 African youth in grades 5 – 12, supported by 50 staff and volunteers. - Built collaborative rapport with the parents to ensure mutual understanding of program goals and expectations, student progress, behavior challenges, family needs as well as evaluate and optimize students’ performance.- Developed and implemented behavior management system to ensure student safety, maintain positive learning atmosphere, measure behavioral gains and meet grant reporting requirements.
