I am passionate about helping people spark their potential, cultivate resilience and work together to take care of ourselves, each other and the planet.Since gaining my certification in Transformational Coaching and Group Facilitation in 2012, I have provided experiential learning opportunities within the private, public and non-profit sectors. I have extensive experience running leadership development programs and facilitating workshops that bring about organizational and behavioral change. I have worked as a Strategic Energy Management (SEM) Coach, helping industrial facilities throughout Oregon and British Columbia reduce energy waste and optimize efficiency through continuous improvement techniques and cultural change practices. I enjoy building rapport with clients, increasing engagement, motivation and innovation, and putting climate and social justice at the heart of what I do.I am an experienced mindfulness practitioner. I teach regular drop-in meditation classes at Pause Meditation, and teach Mindful Self-Compassion™, an empirically supported 8-week training program for inner resilience and stress reduction. In addition, I have worked as a leadership facilitator and program guide in residential and outdoor wilderness settings. I am a firm advocate of immersion in nature to help us realize our interconnection and bring joy and healing to ourselves and others in troubled times.
