Project coordinator collaborating directly with the President of this 14-member development company focused on hospitality, residential and mixed-used projects in the Southwest United States. Team responsibilities included new project analysis, research and assessment of marketplace strategies, entitlements, pro-forma management, coordination of purchase agreements, LOI’s, and lease contracts for new developments, as well as development and execution of marketing, PR initiatives, and events. Projects included: Kierland Commons and The Plaza Lofts at Kierland Commons in Scottsdale, AZ and Main Street Commons in Gilbert, AZ.• Managed a $1M budget and coordinated the marketing, advertising, PR, events, and sales collateral for The Plaza Lofts at Kierland Commons, an 83-unit luxury residential loft project. • Attended entitlement meetings, assisted with a developer-city parking agreement, completed and filed the plot map application. • Managed the tenant lease proforma as Kierland Commons gained new tenants and leases renewed, and worked with our legal counsel to respond to LOI’s and solidify lease contracts.• Worked with the development team during the planning phase of Main Street Commons in Gilbert, AZ. Collaborated on analysis of the site plan, tenant mix, demographics and community considerations, along with the interplay between the project, the adjacent hospital facility, and community. • Worked with the entitlement team for Main Street Commons, collaborating on city requirements regarding an economic impact study, traffic studies, site connectivity to the adjacent freeway, height restrictions, required curb cuts, traffic flow, parking, design requirements, etc. During the project we collaborated with the city and the AZ Museum of Natural History to preserve the remains of a Wooley Mammoth discovered on the site.

A concept-focused consulting architectural company providing seed and developmental design solutions for the hospitality industry. Responsibilities included assistance in providing deliverables and project management for schematic interior & exterior site planning presentations, zone change applications for City & County presentations, conforming and non-conforming use applications as well as feasibility studies, square footage, and parking assessments.

Special fx Art & Décor is a creative art resource providing original fine art application packages and coordination to Hotels, Resorts, Timeshares, Restaurants, Casinos, and Luxury Residential projects. Responsibilities included personally managing daily corporate operations, budgets, sales/marketing, customer service, and contract negotiations. Project management operations included coordinating conceptual meetings with architects and interior designers, directing the acquisition of original and commissioned artwork, coordinating proper framing resources and methods, and preparing budgets for presentations and proposals. Implementation of approved proposals was accomplished by coordinating teams of artists, framers, shippers and installers within a specified timeline while meeting budget requirements. Achieved 100% on-time completion for projects.Key Clients Included: MGM Mirage Resorts, J.W. Marriott Las Vegas, Ritz Carlton Fort Lauderdale, and Grand Pacific Resorts

As an independent art director and manager for this nationally recognized art partnership and gallery, project responsibilities included advancing art programs through stages of concept, client presentation and approval, artist collaboration and selection, commission progress reports, delivery, and final installation. Projects included developing and coordinating a $1mil. FF&E art project that included a 2,325- piece art program for a 565 room Regent Hotels resort property in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas. Project involved 525 original commissions including paintings, artistic tiles, tapestries, and sculpture over a project duration of 18 months.
