Kim Lowe produces, art directs, directs and shoots video and stills for big name brands as well as small. Her focus is on kids, families and seniors. Some of her clients include REI, Hasbro, YoBaby and MegaBloks. Her latest work can be seen in the new book, We Garden Together, which was released in March by Storey Publishing. She also just completed her first award-winning short film, The Bee, which is the first in a new project 'In Their Nature' where she highlights the people in her community who quietly strive to connect children and families to nature in the city. She's already hard at work on the second film in the series, The Seed, with The Root on its heels. The Bee is being celebrated in film festivals all over the globe and just won Best Cinematography at the Mystic Film Festival. Kim also produces, shoots and edits video and captures stills for a local non-profit CitySprouts where she's also on the Board. If she doesn't have a camera in her hand then she has a trowel in it.

Kim's a Director/Photographer at Element and has recently completed tv spots, creative content and photography for YoBaby and Hasbro. Kim's able to run big productions, with a big crew over several days or even work smaller, sometimes just her and her camera for an afternoon. She fits into whatever size job she's invited into with ease and energy. She happily wears many hats - like most of us nowadays, from director and photographer to creative director and sometimes editor.Kim also just released her first short-doc 'The Bee' which is part of an on-going project "In Their Nature" where she highlights those quiet leaders in her community who strive to connect kids and families to nature right in their neighborhoods. She finished shooting the second doc in the series 'The Seed' and has begun editing. Kim also shoots, directs and edits video and photography for a local non-profit, CitySprouts, a group that brings gardens and nature to urban schools, where she also serves as a Board member.
