AHOU Mission: The AHOU is a group of insurance professionals associated with risk selection in the life, health and living benefits insurance industries. The AHOU exists to promote knowledge of mortality, morbidity and risk management through networking and educational opportunities.

Consulted to develop a sales marketing plan to successfully bring to market a new identity verification product from concept to production. Independently identified customer targets, initiated sales pipeline and ultimately executed contracts with 10+ major insurance companies in under 12 months.

EMSI was recognized as the insurance industry’s leading full-service evidence provider and the premier source for workplace related information gathering. As RVP and later VP, my personal responsibilities included oversight of $60 million an annual revenue for one of three divisions. Products included mobile paramedical services, field medical record retrieval, workplace collections, clinical study information gathering, wellness event staffing and profile inspection delivery from 300+ branch locations and 4 large US based call centers across the USA. Later I was promoted to SVP where my responsibilities expanded to include management of sales, marketing, client relations, call center operations, operations, customer contract management and overall business relationship development with EMSI's largest insurance clients. That included contract negotiations, strategic development activities, product development, and overall fiscal wellbeing of division. During my tenor the company expanded product offerings, innovated critical technology platforms and greatly improved profitability.

Established as a startup this regional medical service provider network. Developed and managed all financial, operational & marketing aspects of the business including a network of 20 branch offices in 5 states with 147 employees. Negotiated successful sale of the company to a nationally recognized leader of insurance exam services in 2005.
