Owner/Recruiter of a couture bridal salon. We had 20-30 employees. I handled the full recruitment cycle, along with onboarding and retention. Fostered and maintained community relationships to create a pipeline of candidates and to foster new business growth opportunities.

Key West, Florida

Managed daily a staff of 100+ employees in 2 restaurants that were open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. I created and implemented pre-boarding, onboarding and retention programs to deal with the incredibly high turnover rate. The restaurants were having issues with waitstaff selling top dollar drinks, desserts, and dinner specials. I developed and implemented a training program to better equip the staff to sell the higher-end menu items. The results were a 16% increase in sales and a waitstaff with more confidence which translated in more retention.
