I balance leading through people and managing by structure with strong overall understanding of business fundamentals.I have experience of Strategy and Operations development in an international group, including general management, strategic change projects (e.g. ERP procurement, implementation and international rollout), process development, corporate governance, HR strategy, IS/IT-management, post merger integration, product development, project management and program offices. I have experience from several industrial branches: Manufacturing, Software development, Insurance, Medical technology, Real Estate, Banking, Automotive and Consulting.Since I started as a software developer way back in the eighties, I have managed development- and software product delivery projects, lead procurement and managed implementations of ERP systems, and been overall responsible for IS/IT in a couple of larger businesses.The last decades I have worked more and more with governance; Management systems for quality, environment, health & safety, information security etc. as well as risk management, and compliance to GDPR and other regulatory frameworks.
