With the acquisition of Kordia by Ventia, I joined the Ventia team where my role focussed on talent acquisition and retention within the Telecommunications sector.

Kordia is one of Australia’s largest Telecommunications Systems Integration service delivery organisations. We specialise in designing, building and operating critical telecommunications systems.My role has involved team management, talent acquisition, talent pooling, screening, interviewing, interviewing strategy and coaching, design/rollout of new onboarding process, salary/market advice, salary negotiation, redeployment, workforce planning, exit interviewing, EVP, management/executive reporting, outplacement advice and writing/publishing fortnightly company-wide newsletters (internal job board and employee profiles).Over the past 10 years, our small team has averaged filling around 100 vacancies per year.
