CurrentThroughout my time with Alteryx, I have served as a corporate generalist covering a broad range of legal areas and matters: -Corporate Transactions: leading due diligence, reviewing transaction agreements, preparing disclosure schedules, facilitating closing, and managing integration for company’s series funding rounds, initial public offering, follow-on offering, debt financings, and M&A transactions (including recent acquisition of the company).-Corporate Governance and Compliance: preparing board materials, minutes, and resolutions; leading entity management of global subsidiary portfolio, from entity formation, annual compliance and reporting, corporate governance, capital contribution, and dissolutions; managing corporate policies; researching, advising, monitoring ESG and CSR regulations; assisted with reviewing of the company’s 10-Q and 10-K filings (primarily risk factors)-Equity Plan Administration: legal support for equity plan administration, including stock options, time-based and performance RSUs, and employee stock purchase program (ESPP)-Legal Operations: developing and reporting on department’s strategic objectives and goals; advising on cross-functional operations and implementing technology to drive process efficiency and improved service delivery-IP, Product, and Marketing: managing company’s trademark portfolio and providing trademark, copyright, and advertising guidance on branding and marketing campaigns; advising on all product and services go-to-market activities, including new launches, pricing/packaging design, and end-of-sale/life initiatives.-Contracts: drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide-variety of contracts, including software agreements, strategic alliance agreements, and office space leases.
