Having proven expertise, I’ve facilitated successful real estate transactions for both a discerning domestic and an international clientele – even in the most challenging markets. I’ve worked with a plethora of clients: entrepreneurs, politicians, investors, developers, entertainers, those relocating, those buying vacation or second homes globally, athletes, and many others. Results-driven and a swift negotiator, most of all, I love being a “Match-Maker” – this means I LOVE the art of matching buyers (and their lifestyles) with exceptional homes, as well as achieving optimal value for sellers’ prized properties. I approach transaction with a spirit of determination - whether working with buyers/sellers, consulting on unique projects, historic preservation or land deals. Prior to becoming an agent, I worked as a Strategist and Financial Analyst. During that time, I provided consultation services to mostly Heath Care companies and then eventually transitioned into assisting real estate investors and developers. This inspired me to obtain my real estate licenses in several jurisdictions. Since then, I have been recognized in many publications and as a Top Producer. Today, I continue to draw on my analytical background to helpclients make huge financial decisions. I doubt if a more fulfilling career exists for me and the best feeling is to continually be a trusted resource and I’ve been fortunate to have built an amazing network of lifetime friends and clients. I’m a proud Washingtonian born and raised, very familiar with the area’s history as well as its exciting future. Additionally, I have been the exclusive consultant on Development projects from concept to completion in the Washington, D.C. Area. I earned my B.S. in Business Finance from the Univ. of Maryland and studied International Tourism at G.W. Univ. Although a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, my Motto is always “Luxury is an Experience” and my philosophy is to always provide “white-glove service” while providing optimalclient satisfaction. I’m passionate about Community Service (especially regarding Children, Homelessness, Elderly and Women-Related Causes). To that end, I serve on the GCAAR Community Service Board. And, in addition, I launched “EKWIP” (Encouraging Kids with Incarcerated Parents). I’ve also owned a Fashion company for over 20 years. I LOVE all kinds of music, amazing food, travel, cooking, dancing, reading, yoga, and meditation. Finally, my greatest accomplishment is as a Mom. My Son and Daughter are my “WHY” and my goal is to leave them behind a legacy.
