The Senior Human Resources Manager Reports to the VP of Human Resources and works closely with the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer. The Senior HR Manager is the key support for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. Human Resource duties to include employees, volunteers, Americorps, and interns. Functional areas of focus include departmental development, HRIS, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employee onboarding and offboarding. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

Manage drug and background requirements and entry. Point of contact for troubleshooting and problem resolution involving contract and internal employees. Responsible for data entry, validation of data, and data integrity for all information entered into PeopleSoft.
