I am an interdisciplinary designer passionate about the power of systemic innovation, learning and collaboration to shape sustainable and regenerative futures. Our society, organisations and communities face a rare period in human history — we must renew, regenerate and re-make many of our old structures and systems built last century. This systemic challenge requires a great sense of humility, aspiration, courage, creativity, discernment, collaboration, leadership and so much more. My approach is to learn and apply methods appropriate to a given context, situation and intention. My work weaves together many common threads, including: climate and futures, transformation and systems change, design and innovation, complexity and collaboration, and learning and education. CurrentIn 2024 Climate-KIC Australia merged with the Institute for Sustainable Futures. In October 2024, I left Climate-KIC Australia to establish Khoreo, a systemic design studio. At the same time, I was appointed as Visiting Industry/Professional Fellow of UTS, sponsored by Climate-KIC and ISF to continue collaborating towards sustainable futures!
