* Build connections with undergraduate students (including student organizations and informal groups)* Generate awareness of Navigate Smart Guidance among undergraduate students using in-person and social methods. * Communicate excitement for the benefits to undergraduate students of using Navigate Smart Guidance (communication includes in-person, virtual methods—synchronous and asynchronous—and small and large group settings.* Represent Navigate Smart Guidance to students in-person during tabling events throughout campus locations (e.g., dining halls, student center, organizations’ meetings) to promote the benefits to students of using the new system. * Help students download the mobile app.* Demonstrate how to access Navigate Smart Guidance via Mac, PC or other devices.  * Take initiative for learning and training on Navigate Student in order to promote the system effectively to undergraduate students. * Assist with data entry as part of the implementation of Navigate Smart Guidance. * Monitor the Navigate@niu.edu email box for questions related to Navigate Smart Guidance. * Acknowledge/respond to help requests within 24 hours, during business weekday hours (e.g., Service Desk tickets, emails sent to Navigate@niu.edu). * Communicate both in person and electronically with NIU students. * Provide solutions to student questions/requests related to Navigate Smart Guidance app.
