I coordinated test requests for the Player Experience Team and worked with developers to make sure that LIVE QA had the information and tools needed to succeed.

My focus was evaluating the health of Star Citizen and helping improve player experience on the Live environment. I assessed game quality in builds, tracked and investigated issues, and relayed player feedback to developers.
