As Developer Apprentice, I authored/composed cash flow analyses, development budgets, annual operating budgets, various types of applications for HUD, Rural Development and/or Federal Home Loan Bank financing in the forms of either grants and/or low-interest loans for construction of affordable housing, working with builders, architects, engineers, etc., on scheduling as well as draw requests & payments. I applied for LIHTC and HOME grants/loans for new projects. I filed quarterly reports as well as compliance monitoring reports. Other office skills include all phases of office work such as filing, written & oral communication, customer service, request for information, computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Publisher) Quickbooks, etc. Management Company closed. The Douglas Company moved to the SC Coast.
