Assisting residents with hygiene and normal morning and mid day personal care. Assisting residents with ambulation and range of motion exercises. Assisting clients with feeding if they are unable to do it themselves or are limited on what they can do. Serving clients meals and fluids. Keeping track of input and output for certain residents. Assisting nurses with their duties, Light housekeeping duties. Bathing residents and assistance with bathroom breaks.
