In that order: as advertised (Valedictorian!), Jason brought an immense amount of tech talent and expertise to our team, and was able to easily communicate between the tech world and the rest of us mortals. Hard working & reliable: Jason put in his time, and more. Allowing "work from home" can be risky, but when Jason had coding to do we agreed he didn't need to commute 1+ hours each way to do it, he always delivered on schedule and was on the other end of the phone whenever I called him. When he was in the office, more of the same - he delivered on schedule, or sooner. Finally, Jason has a 'can-do' attitude and answered most every request/question with either a solution or a diplomatic pivot into why our request missed the target. Bottom line, Jason brought a very valuable survey/reporting module from whiteboard idea to launch in a matter of weeks. That module now serves as the first point of contact for many of our customers and is an excellent product. We would hire him back next summer, no questions asked.
