• Ensured smooth course of 4 IT lectures in English and Polish by giving prepared introductions to the topics, coordinating the Q&A sessions, keeping the schedule intact and introducing the speakers.• Have been wearing many hats while working on the biggest Student IT Event in Poland happen for 6000 participants, tracking progress regularly in JIRA. My expertise includes (but is not limited to): preparing reports from the event, editing videos, writing social media posts and emails, researching and organizing data in Google Sheets.

Have been using online tools (iDroo, Google Sheets, Skype) and problem-solving skills in individually explaining complex math concepts to high school students, arranging lessons according to their respective needs, evaluating progress, and managing my teaching timetable and documentation - resulting in higher grades and improved academic performance of 100% of assigned students.

• Selected as one of 25 participants of the 4th edition of the program with the aim of helping female computer science students advance their careers.• Expanded both technical knowledge in algorithms, data structures, clean code principles and software engineering (i.e. Python), and soft skills featuring agile project management and interview preparations, via 1-on-1 mentoring from a Google engineer and group sessions.

• Organized and hosted dialogue workshops, i.e., DialogueON: Bridges Across LGBTQ+ Communities with a guest from SAVE LGBT, expanding the knowledge of 30+ active participants per event on social issues and effective communication via Zoom and Google Workspace.• Have been evaluating the Foundation’s work by timely reports, and promoting it to 2500+ followers via content on social media and website articles.

• Grew the Polish branch’s social media from 0 to 700+ followers by creating articles, infographics, campaigns, and regularly analyzing and reporting progress. Led Social Media Group of 6 people.• Worked with patronages (such as the Ministry of Climate’s) for 2 events focused on the just transition and climate change, gathering 70+ politicians, entrepreneurs and activists in an open dialogue format. As a Founding Member took part in preparing the documents presented at COP26.
