I was proud to lead a talented group of sales and marketing professionals who sold OnBase™ Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions to Banks, Credit Unions, and Insurance organizations. Our ECM solution, OnBase ™, was currently deployed in over 9,700 insurance companies, financial institutions, healthcare organizations and government institutions worldwide. Our solution helped these organizations securely capture, manage, route and work with all of their documents, eliminating the need to rely on manual paper-based processes.

Directed the sales and marketing effort for Hyland Software's Financial Services Practice; lead team of 10 sales representatives to provide solution selling focus for the OnBase product line; facilitated growth through efficient and targeted direct and channel partner activities.

Consulted with senior executives within targeted lending accounts on methods of revenue generation and cost reduction through implementation of ECM technology. Lending software revenue increased 89% and we were recognized as a top vendor by Mortgage Technology Magazine two years in a row.
