- Responsible to design Tai-power electric meter circuit and High-power small cell system.- Select appropriate IC components based on product specifications, place appropriate PA and saw filter, and generate the required power.- High-power radio frequency circuit design, designed according to the frequency bands required by customers.- Using network analyzer and MS2090A and E6640A to tune impedance matching and testing.- Responsible to design small cell circuit, use Cat-M and NB-IOT to design its architecture with the frequency band and power required by customers.- Solve the De-sense problem of TDD/FDD and improve Rx sensitivity.- Small cells have been shipped to India, New Zealand, Canada, and the United States.

- Design Bluetooth EVB circuit and test performance, Improve Tx power stability and low EVM and Harmonic, and using network analyzer and IQ to tune impedance matching and testing.- Co-work with RF Chip Dedigner to optimize and debug automation test program with Software Engineer

-Responsible the cases about Technicolor, Zyxel, Netgear ODM products and Arris, Ring,Sony OEM products.-Implement RF circuits design (schematic and layout circuit), impedance matching andtesting about Wifi 2.4G/5G(BCM functions),BT, Zigbee, Zwave,LTE(Qualcomm SDX55).-To improve Rx sensitivity by solve De-sense(DDR or USB3.0).-Co-work with Automation Engineer to optimize and debug Automation test program.-Support and analyze the reason for the defective products in factory.-To coordinate CE/FCC regulation related to the project.
