CurrentMetal Supermarkets is the world’s largest supplier of small-quantity metals, a business to business franchised brand with over 80 brick-and-mortar stores across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Primary role is to support a group 30 stores across North America in developing and growing all aspects of their business. Build and foster positive relationships with Franchisees and act as an effective communication and support link between Metal Supermarkets and the franchisees. Involved in the further development of structured systems to improve operational platform to ensure continued success and growth both in North America and Internationally.Positively grow sales and improve profitability with assigned stores.Financial analysis and planning with franchisees.Committed to Operation Excellence Review standards and best practices to ensure stores operate per franchise core values.
