Driven by an unwavering commitment to engineering excellence and sustainability, I am an ambitious Integrated Engineering student at the University of British Columbia, with a major in Mechanical Engineering complemented by a minor in Chemical and Electrical Engineering. My academic pursuits have exposed me to a multifaceted curriculum, embracing disciplines ranging from systems and materials to civil, computer, electrical, and manufacturing engineering.I am passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology to shape a more sustainable future. My academic focus lies in a combination of engineering disciplines, where I continuously seek opportunities to contribute meaningfully to innovative projects that address real-world challenges.As a collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal skills, I have honed my abilities in project leadership as the lead for the UBC WasteNauts’ Hybrid Energy design team. In this role, I orchestrated the development of an energy-harvesting floor tile, seamlessly blending mechanical and electrical engineering principles. This pioneering project converts wasted mechanical energy from footsteps into a renewable power source using piezoelectric and electromagnetic generation. Under my leadership, the team successfully showcased the manufactured tile at Science World, exemplifying my expertise in translating theoretical problem-solving into tangible solutions.I am enthusiastic about networking, learning from industry professionals, and exploring exciting opportunities.
