✦ Credit Card Management Web App for Hyperface <> IndusInd Bank | UX and UI design- Increased user engagement by creating a "delight” - focused credit card management experience for several feature journeys (Card Activation, OS to EMI, etc.), achieved through process-driven ideation including JTBDs, journey maps, etc.- Improved usability and addressed complex edge cases for new-to-market features like tokenization through collaboration with PMs. Delivered 100+ high-fidelity screens and led seamless handoffs to PMs and engineers, ensuring alignment with design intent.

- Led a team of 3 right from concept to early construction phases for an upcoming hotel in the UNESCO heritage precinct of Hampi, India. Studied local architecture, building materials and rigourously prototyped 3D designs to craft visitor experience.- Designed 30,000 sqft of gallery spaces containing 1500+ artefacts for the upcoming Museum of Jain Artefacts at Koba, India. Connected ancient history, iconography with the spatial design to communicate the rich context of the artefacts and create an immersive museum experience.- Developed the concept design for an Intergenerational Day Care Center - a project by Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) to foster wellbeing among children and elderly.- Spearheaded the interior design and construction of three commercial office projects in Mumbai and Nagpur, collaborating with atleast 6+ stakeholders on each project.- Secured 10+ national and international recognitions for the firm by independently researching awards, managing communications, and preparing project packages for submission.
