CurrentDevelop and deliver training content, including sales training modules, indirect finance products to enhance knowledge and skills of sales teams as well as onboarding new hire Strategic Account Managers, Dealer Account Representatives, Dealer Relationship Managers, and Commercial Account Managers leading to improved sales performance and customer satisfaction across all regions of GM Financial. Provide effective new hire training and coaching, resulting in improvements in the sales techniques and process adherence of sales teams.Key Outcomes:• Optimized performance and team capabilities by collaborating with VPs, AVP’s regional management, and other business partners to identify skill gaps and capitalize on training opportunities. • Rapidly delivered tailored training solutions via effective channels, including one- on-one sessions, webcasts, and onsite new hire classes thereby enhancing sales competencies and results.
