I'm a behavioral and social scientist passionate about making work better for everyone with science-backed approaches to behavioral change in organizations. While I was getting my PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, I published research on a variety of workplace challenges that affect leadership and teams in different work contexts (women leaders, U.S. Army Soldiers, desk-less workforce).
