Operations Coordinator
CurrentAs an Operations Coordinator at BlueStone, I play a dynamic and vital role in providing exceptional services to our clients. I work collaboratively with my colleagues to achieve our goals and live up to BlueStone's mission statement. My responsibilities include:- Coordinating and implementing the onboarding process for new clients.- Setting up third-party applications like QuickBooks Online, FloQast, etc., to enable financial reporting and document processing collaboration between the firm and clients.- Planning, organizing, and managing various tasks and resources to achieve assignment goals.- Identifying budget concerns, suggesting ways to improve profitability, preparing invoices, and assisting with collections as required.- Identifying potential cross-selling opportunities and referring them to the relevant team member.- Actively seeking self-development opportunities aligned with the competency model.- Acting as the point of contact for routine emails, phone calls, and other direct communications from CAS clients on behalf of the team.- Reviewing and assisting with scheduling service orders and client support requests.- Scheduling and confirming virtual, phone, and on-site meetings for the CAS team and relevant phone and electronic client communications.- Assisting with proposal development.- Supporting the CAS Accountant and other department staff with client communications and management.- Facilitating HR and BlueStone's liaison for interviews, onboarding, and other related matters.- Sending timely time entry reminders.- Undertaking special projects as assigned.
