Ensuring tasks are escalated at the correct level as required within the team• Technical Structure comprised Windows, Linux, Hypervisors, VMware ,HP UX Servers, (HP/IBM) Blade Servers, Storage (HP, Hitachi, EMC), Switches (L2,L3), firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet & Juniper), Loadbalancers ( Citrix, Radware), Routers, Lease Lines. • Telecom application, database server performance monitoring using HPOV management tool • Monitoring server alerts and elimination to ensure uninterrupted service • Analyze and plan the activity for improvising the process • Working on setting up HPOV by evaluating various tools and technologies like HPOV Monitoring suite tools etc. to proactively monitor Business critical process, application and systems • Interacting with various business functions within the organization and also the vendors like BMC software, IBM, HP etc. for achieving the short term objective of IT Service Management in long term • Managing daily operations of the Incident Management Helpdesk • Generating daily and Weekly reports of Incidents and Service requests, based on their status and priority
