• Studying GFC drawings of civil works, BOQ, Work Orders and the specifications• Verifying the contract documents for basic rates, advance recovery, material recovery, technical specifications, payment terms, preambles• Conducting rate analysis in case of Non Tendered items, extra items and preparing Draft Work Order for the same• Verifying and approving contractor bills against the Work Order, and preparation of certificate of payment.• Preparation of variation/change order to the issued Work Orders• Calculating Master Quantity based on the GFC drawings• Tracking the actual cost spent of the project based on the execution against the budget and escalating the same to HO on a monthly basis• Preparation of QS reports and submission on time to HO • Preparing outstanding payment reconciliations of contractors• Estimating the civil material requirement of the project and raising Purchase Request for the same along with the material reconciliation statement • Material reconciliation of the supplied materials to the contractors and on a monthly basis and escalating the same to HO.• Using Quadra (ERP) for the process.

• Prepare, update& process MS Project construction programmes.• Preparation of Planning Reports – Daily, Weekly & Monthly.• Records of delays and reasons causing delays.• Preparation of working programme & Recovery program /catch-up schedule.• Preparation of Recovery & Revised programme for the project.• Apprising the Project site team for details of schedule of various activities.• Preparation of Management reports & Productivity report on Monthly Basis.• Track Progress of project with Baseline programme using MS Project.• Preparation of Monthly & Yearly Cash flow forecast.• Preparation of Cost proposal, Variation orders & Site work instruction for additional works.• Responsible for Construction drawing management, Machinery planning, Material & Labour• Procurement planning.• Using Buildsmart ( ERP ) for Billing process.
