CMRL ECV02 Package.Total Budget - 1008 Crs1.Responsible for RFI's for the whole project.2.Creating the DPR and MPR for submission to the client.3.Tracking Daily Progress of the site and preparing productivity reports for internal submission.4.Creating the monthly plan and master schedule according to the progress of the project.Updating the plan to the execution team at regular intervals to keep track on the project.5.Monitoring and coordinating with the site on a daily basis to improve productivity and fast-trackthe speed of construction by proposing updated GFC and plan changes.6.Preparing the plan vs actual for the month W.R.T. revenue and numbers.7.Responsible for preparing reconciliation reports.8.Tracking the PR & PO of the project & material follow-up of special materials and coordinating with 9.the agency.9.Preparing the 3 months rolling plan as per the site condition & recovery plan to bring the projectback on track.10.Preparing the presentation for client and internal meetings.11.Responsible for coordinating with procurement for long leaded items such as Composite steelspans, POT PTFE bearings, Roof structures etc..

1.Provided technical guidance, peer review, and mentorship to workers engaged in the project.2.Kept projects on schedule and within budget while serving as project coordinator.3.Planned and evaluated results of commercial building analysis, modeling, and experiments.Implemented quality control standards for consistent approach and results.4.Reviewed contractor proposals to determine favorable partnerships for on-time and under budget project completion.5.Attending meetings with government officials from Assistant Engineer (A.E) to Executive Engineer (E.E) to claim variations in the bills on time and responsible for preparation for the RA bills.
