Boarding representative June 2007 -Jjuly 2015Visit the Vessels berthing in all ports in U.A.E.• Meet the Captain, Chief Engineer, Chief Officer, Superintendent & Chief Cook and provide excellent introduction about services and competency of fulfilling all their requirements.• To get enquirers from all the vessels for giving best offer to get the orders.• To board Vessels for all the supplies.• Fulfilling all the requirements from vessels at the time of visit as part of sales.• Will be working under Operation Supervisor and strictly advised to follow his instructions & guidance.• Working under flexible timing according to the nature of business.• Preparation of Daily Report and submit to Operation Supervisor (O.S).• Clear consignments at the customs and supply to the vessel.• Supply provision, bond, cabin, deck and engine stores.• Clear ship documents, coordination with operations for quotations and requisitions
