• Lead the test team and release Citrix Receiver/Citrix Workspace App(CWA) for windows Cumulative updates, hotfixes. Life Cycle Management play a very important role in its Citrix Customer’s Success by immediately looking into their issue and providing on demand hotfixes and cumulative updates to keep their business up and running• Working closely with Escalation engineers and Technical Relationship Managers to get a better understanding of the issue that the customer is facing. Also check if any regression. • Working in co-ordination with the Product Manager, program Manager, development, build, installer, test, documentation and publication teams spread across Geo’s to release Cumulative update for Citrix Receiver for Windows/CWA. • Co-ordinate with Core Product team, build team and program management for dummy build testing, Symbol testing, MPA testing, Security testing using Fuzzer and Citadel and trainings for new feature.• Analyze the fix by looking at the code to see if fix implementation is properly and derive the possible impact and plan for test coverage.• Issue reproduction, creating the setup/environment to verify the issue reported by customer and planning the regression testing for a fix.• Use the instrumented build to get the code coverage and analyze see if code change is hit• Check for which test cases can be automatable.• Co-ordinate with test automation team for test automation, stress result verification and triaging• Perform Citrix Receiver Package testing• Involved in preparing and executing Test cases based on requirements.• Compatibility testing with Citrix plugins such as Netscaler Gateway plugin, HDX Real-time optimization pack (RTOP), MTOP (Microsoft Teams Optimization) etc.
