As a part of TAS team, Kiran was responsible for preparation of financial due diligence reports for the clients detailing out the financial and operating parameters of the target companies (like Quality of earnings analysis, Working capital analysis, etc), key risks involved in the transactions, recommending ways to mitigate the risks so that the investor makes a well-informed decision.
