 Project scoping, proposal planning, basic and detailed engineering, resource planning and vendor management to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget and time line. Review of technical specifications prepared by consultant, floating tenders and assisting team for signing of contract documents. Review of vendor documents such as, P&ID’s, data sheets GA drawings, detailed piping layouts, ducting layouts for Boiler and Its Auxiliaries, Turbine and its Auxiliaries ( condenser, heat exchangers, power projects, rotating equipment’s such as pumps, compressors . Basic engineering in Fuel oil handling system of HFO & LDO tanks piping. Basic engineering in plant water system packages.  Basic Engineering in Flue Gas Desulfurization  Basic engineering in material handling. Review of Quality Assurance Plans, Field Quality plans, performance test procedures, visit to shop tests for third party inspection and issue of MDC (Material Despatch Clearance) certificates to Client Review of PG Test procedures and O&M manuals. Lead role in regular contract coordination / Engineering Review meetings held with Client & EPC contractors and resolving open issues, between contractors and Comfortable with customer interface. Inspection and maintenance services customized to suit every need of customer and submission of detailed reports to customer. Track and evaluate Cost of Poor Quality, Engineering resolution cases Ability to work in a cross functional environment. Excellent multi-tasking skills, leading and coaching co-employees Conversant in ASME, ANSI, API, HIS, HEI, PTC standards
