CurrentI have fifteen years of experience in pharmaceutical and medical device products liability defense. I try cases and work to resolve litigation through Daubert motions and other summary dispositions. I practice nationwide in federal and state jurisdictions at the trial and appellate level, and have won cases in more than a dozen states.
