Many of the problems we encounter whilst managing a business boil down to a breakdown in communication. In the marketing/comms world, the irony is that we often make everything more complicated than it needs to be. Too many words, too many slides, too much jargon.I cut through the noise and clutter to truly define the challenge, and design strategies to address it that have clarity, purpose and integrity. I support individuals, teams, brands and companies to get on the right track with their communication, culture, positioning, and leadership – whether that be organisational, change or brand-led. For individuals, teams and agency brands, I have worked to integrate internal teams and disciplines, address team dynamics, solve client/agency relationship problems, identify training needs and design bespoke solutions, and help businesses navigate constant change. I have also developed a passion for mentoring future leaders (agency and client-side), a privilege but also a responsibility I take very seriously.For clients, product and corporate brands, this ability has been built on the foundations of a rich and varied marketing and communications career. I have in-depth experience of pre-, peri- and post- launch brand comms strategy for global/EMEA HQ and UK healthcare clients, country affiliate engagement, advocacy relationship building, issues management, portfolio positioning, corporate reputation and internal comms.
