About Kirby Rappell, Cfa

Since joining SuperRatings in 2008, I have been involved in quantitative and qualitative analysis of Australian Superannuation funds. Over time, this has evolved from preparation of internal models to leading the SuperRatings Research Team. Currently we have active research coverage of over 100 MySuper, 320 accumulation and 170 pension products and our approach to ratings means that there is no upfront charge for providers to have their product rated. Our capabilities include fund and portfolio benchmarking, industry analysis, strategic reviews, performance attribution, product research and strategic analysis, consulting assignments and merger feasibility analysis.Currently, I am the General Manager of Research and am responsible for the successful delivery of our Ratings and Research programme, which includes a team of 10 staff.Following completion of all three levels of the curriculum, I am a CFA Charterholder and committed to continuing study in this area.Specialties: Financial Research, Superannuation Research, Quantitative Analysis, Investment Analysis, Consulting, Strategic Analysis, Public Speaking
