Duties include working in a busy branch dealing with the general public, answering and making calls to various clients including buyers, sellers, landlords, dealing with solicitors and mortgage advisors, taking in deposits, banking cheques, showing clients around various properties. Other duties include dealing with the post, e-mailing clients, filing, photocopying and faxing.

Morpeth

Duties included dealing with the National Sales Team on a day to day basis ie: typing letters, memo’s, creating spreadsheets, sending e-mails and cheques to various clients, booking travel arrangements, hotel rooms and meeting rooms on their behalf, dealing with incoming and outgoing calls, franking the post and collating end of month sales for the Managing Director. I also covered the secretaries role when on leave.

Duties included, training and supervision of other members of bar staff, dealing with customers, handling large amounts of cash, dealing with deliveries and making sure the bar was kept clean at all times.

Duties included working in their busy accounts department, logging invoices, credit notes and purchase orders onto their system. Making sure end of month sales balanced, printing end of month check runs, filing on a large scale, stock checking, archiving, taking minuits in meetings for the Managing Director, answering and making calls to various clients within the organisation includingother countries such as Morocco and Tunisia. I also covered reception on a regular basis, taking deliveries, receiving and dealing with incoming calls on a busy switchboard covering the secretaries role when on leave.
