● Locate, evaluate, and catalog digital materials into the Knowledge to Work portal database.● Manage metadata for a collection of over 26,000 digital resources.● Designed a unique metadata framework and controlled vocabulary for cataloging materials based on established metadata standards.● Ensure external metadata conforms to metadata standards used before adding to the collection and complete metadata mapping projects.● Designed search engine features to create a detailed but intuitive interface for users to effectively access information.● Collaborate on the design, creation, and maintenance of the Knowledge to Work portal, database, and user features.● Research, propose, and test updates and additions to the portal.● Align learning resources to the competencies (knowledge, skills, and abilities) they teach to promote their use to learners, instructors, and employers.● Facilitate faculty adoption of open educational resources (OER). ● Present to faculty and other internal colleagues and at events and conferences. ● Created and maintain a LibGuide on open educational resources (OER).● Compose website content, blog posts, and social media posts.● Create and manage search engine advertisements.● Support project management and reporting activities to ensure all grant deliverables are met on time.● Promote project efficiency by creating and analyzing procedural documentation.
