Managed and upgraded the company's databases (FileMaker Pro), implemented a BBS system and FTP site to service customer needs, performed regular network and file server maintenance, and maintained and upgraded our on-line services which included our own FTP and Gopher site, our BBS (TeleFinder for the Mac), AppleLink, and America Online.Systems Engineer April 1992 – August 1993Helped customers resolve their problems over the phone, ranging from simple installation problems to downloading the newest software off a BBS, and helped software developers with questions about our toolkits. I was the head Systems Engineer on all of the multimedia products, Sun Sparc products, and the main developer resource in the office. I also spent a good deal of time working with RasterOps employees teaching them about our and other companies' products.
