RESPONSIBILITIES• Directs the development of business and technical requirements to enhance HR systems including testing of the requirements.• Evaluates existing HR systems and workflow processes to provide technical advice and recommendations leading to improvement changes.• Manages ongoing maintenance (e.g., releases, upgrades, HelpDesk Cases, etc.) of current HR systems to ensure optimal system performance.• Maintains knowledge of vendor capabilities to work with other groups in the identification and selection of strategic vendor partners.• Oversees foundation table maintenance, system configuration, data integrations for various HR applications.• Directs security and internal/external systems audits and ensures system access meets compliance.• Manages resources and people processes (e.g., Performance Management, Career Development, Training, Staffing, etc.) to ensure the day to day administration of processes and formal procedures.
