As the Co-founder of West Richards Properties, I’m passionate about the opportunities my business affords me to revitalize, design, and create within the real estate industry. From the time I was a child, I’ve always been a builder and a creator - I was the kid who couldn’t put down his lego sets and the high schooler with lofty dreams of being an architect. Exploring a different path, I studied business and began a career in accounting. Although I had a good job and a solid future in corporate business, there was still a sense of unfulfilled potential. So, when a conversation with an old college buddy led to discussions of starting a business in real estate, I leaped at the opportunity to return to my passion for building and creating. I now serve as Co-founder of West Richards Properties, a real estate investment company specializing in revitalizing struggling properties. Thanks to a solid background in finance and corporate business, I’m blessed to be able to bring a sense of structure, stability, and experience to our company. Growing and expanding West Richards Properties provides an outlet for my creativity, as well as a sense of accomplishment from giving back to the local community and creating positive returns for our investors and stakeholders.In my free time, you can find me spending time with my family, teaching youth ministry, working out at the gym, and connecting with new and old friends.
