My duties included pulling the grocery delivery from the warehouse, replenishing stock on shelves, printing labels for the point of sale displays, checking error lists for unavailable products, assisting customers and managing backlog.

My duties included microfilming traders VAT returns using high tech Kodak scanners, processing the films in a dark room for remote storage, retrieving copies of original documents for internal and external customers, answering and assisting with enquiries via telephone/email, training new members of staff, and creating monthly newsletters. For a brief period of time, I acted in a junior supervisory role, in which I was asked to supervise the team of 8 staff, whilst communicating and liaising with the line manager of the Microfilm team and other government buildings.
