I assisted in running human subjects for perceptual experiments relating to phonetics. Completed administrative tasks relating to large data set processing, and file organization. In the lab, we investigate the acoustics, production, and perception of speech using stimulus developed in sound studios outfitted with sound-proof booths.

As a Lab Coordinator, I assisted in the study design and administrative tasks regarding laboratory procedures. I oversaw the training, and scheduling of undergraduate researchers. In the lab, we used eye movements to investigate the cognitive processes involved in reading and language processing. I also collaborated on research with the PI which led to a publication that is attached to this section (Update: LinkedIn in currently pushing out attaching .pdf files for some users, and all mobile users, so this file is no longer available, but I am happy to send it upon request).
